Breast
Augmentation (Enlargement)
Breast augmentation surgery is ideal for you if you
often wished for larger, fuller or more shapely breasts.
During breast augmentation (also called augmentation
mammaplasty), saline or silicone implants are used to enlarge and
shape the breasts. Breast augmentation surgery brings
balance to your body, especially if you always felt
that your breasts never developed to the size you expected.
You may notice that dresses fit well around the hips
and lower part of your body but are often too large
at the bustline or you feel self-conscious wearing a
swimsuit, a form fitting blouse or a strapless top.
Also, you may want to restore the natural breast volume
and firmness which may have decreased as a result of
pregnancy, weight loss or aging. The main goal of breast
augmentation is to make you feel better about yourself
and more comfortable and confident about your body.
Mastopexy
Mastopexy (also called breast lift) restores a youthful
appearance to breasts that sag or droop. Factors such
as pregnancy, nursing, gravity and weight loss take
their toll on a women’s breast. As skin ages,
it loses elasticity which causes the breasts to lose
their shape and firmness and begin to sag. A mastopexy
will raise and reshape the breasts, therefore slowing
the effects of aging and gravity. This procedure can
also reduce the size of the areola (the pigmented skin
around the nipple). A breast lift can enhance your appearance
and your self confidence. To find out a breast lift
will improve you, call today for a consultation.
Mastopexy
& Augmentation
Mastopexies are commonly performed in conjunction with
breast augmentation. If you have sag or droop to your
breasts and also have always wanted larger breasts or
you have lost volume (from pregnancy, nursing or weight
loss), breast implants can increase firmness and size
and add fullness to the upper part of your breasts.
Breast
Reduction
Exercise may not be easy
for you because the discomfort you experience. Oftentimes,
having large breasts will make you appear heavier than
you truly are. You may have difficulty finding clothes
that fit both the upper part and lower part of your
body, especially dresses, suits and bathing suits. You
may find that you have a lot of clothes that need to
be tailored or it just does not fit right. Also, you
may notice a significant difference in size when comparing
your left breast to your right that can be corrected
during the procedure. Breast reduction surgery may be
the answer for you because it will help make your body
better proportioned. If you want to know if you are

Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is a condition in which men
overdevelop breast tissue. It may occur on only one side, but also can
affect both sides of the chest. It is thought to affect about 40% of
all men. Certain drugs and medical problems have been shown to cause
gynecomastia, but the majority of cases have no known cause. Men affected
with gynecomastia can be quite self-conscious of the appearance of the
overdeveloped breast tissue. It may only be noticeable unclothed, but
many men feel very self-conscious clothed as well. The procedure to
treat gynecomastia removes the excess fat and breast tissue, so that
the chest is flatter, firmer and well-contoured.
